ACUPUNCTURE SERVICES
RELIEVING PAIN
RESTORING FUNCTION
RENEWING HOPE
What Is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is an ancient practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points of the body. These points are carefully chosen based on the patient’s unique health concerns and are designed to help balance the body’s energy (Qi) and improve its overall function. When done by a skilled acupuncturist, this method is effective in treating a wide range of conditions, promoting pain relief, and improving mental clarity and relaxation.
Acupuncture works by stimulating the body’s natural healing abilities, helping to restore balance, increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and release endorphins, which are the body’s natural painkillers. Our goal is to treat both acute and chronic conditions, supporting your body in its natural healing process and providing relief from a variety of symptoms.

How Acupuncture Can Help You
Pain Relief
Acupuncture is particularly effective for treating chronic pain, including back pain, neck pain, joint pain, and headaches.
Stress and anxiety reduction
Acupuncture stimulates the release of endorphins, helping to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as promote relaxation.
Enhanced Circulation
- By improving blood flow, acupuncture can help reduce inflammation and promote healing, making it effective for injuries.
Improved Sleep
Acupuncture can help regulate sleep patterns and improve the quality of sleep for those struggling with insomnia.
Digestive Health
Acupuncture can also benefit individuals with digestive issues like bloating, constipation, and IBS.

What to Expect During an Acupuncture Session
During your acupuncture session, you will lie comfortably on a treatment table while our licensed acupuncturist places fine needles into specific points on your body. Most patients experience little to no discomfort during the insertion of the needles. After insertion, the needles remain in place for approximately 20-30 minutes while the acupuncturist may also use heat therapy or electro-acupuncture to enhance treatment.
